NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001664 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Plaintiff and Robert S. Peiser, Jr. a/k/a Robert S. Peiser are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 67. LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE “H” A/K/A WESTON, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 26 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
