YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the cause is pending under docket number 11-2017-CA-000143-0001, the Honorable Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 14 day of December, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., the following real properties:
Parcel #1
Unit No. 6 of White Lake Annex I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3835, Page 4086, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel #2
The West 180 Feet of Tract 127, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit No. 24, in according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 11 and 12, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, except the United States of America, which shall not be bound by Section 45.032, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, and must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
