YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit #004, Hitching Post Mobile Home Park, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded recorded in Official Records Book 1581, pages 1728 through 1755, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with a 1970 Merc. HS mobile home bearing identification number F5223 and title number 9469449.
has been filed against you and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alfred F. Gal, Jr., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Samouce & Gal, P.A., 5405 Park Central Court, Naples, Florida 34109, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
