NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005422-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Edgar V. Osmundsen; Diana Osmundsen; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Key Vista Villas Homeowners Association, Inc.; Key Vista Master Homeowners Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209 OF KEY VISTA PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 1-13 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
