NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 27, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005360 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and BRANDON TURNER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of January, 2018 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at a point 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East 330 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, Sarasota-Venice Company Subdivision of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book A, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence South 270 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence East 110 feet; thence South 90 feet; thence West 110 feet; thence North 90 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS the West 20 feet thereof, which is reserved for one-half right of way known as Rainbow Circle.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
