NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 26, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 004075 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Douglas E. Wethington a/k/a Douglas Eugene Wethington a/k/a Doug E. Wethington, Deceased; Cassidy Dawn Hawkins a/k/a Cassidy D. Hawkins a/k/a Cassidy Hawkins; Third Federal Savings and Loan Association Of Cleveland are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, MARLAND COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
