NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Case No. 2016-CA-003896 NC, in which, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R is Plaintiff, and Shawn D. Struble is the Defendant and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
THE EAST HALF OF LOT 6 AND THE WEST 45' OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK5, SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 5,PROSPECT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. PARCEL ID #0853060101 THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO SHAWN D. STRUBLE, A SINGLE MAN FROM FREMONT THOMPSON AND MARY K. THOMPSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE IN A DEED DATED OCTOBER 29, 1999 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 02, 1999 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 1999146976.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will offer the above-referenced real property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of January, 2018, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
