THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZEZE LASALLE SINGLETON; and
THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND/OR LEGATEES OF ZEZE LASALLE SINGLETON; and
ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES HAVING AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
North 74.7 feet of West 100 feet of Lot 16, NEWTOWN FARMS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 38, of the Public Records ofSarasota County, Florida, LESS the East 15 feet for easement and LESS Myrtle Street R/W as described in Official Records Instrument Number 2002169167 and Official Records Instrument Number 2002176366.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Ste. 203, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
