NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment November 6, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 003884 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS L.P., Plaintiff and KIM MAGGIO; PAUL MAGGIO; COMERICA BANK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A DEBORAH CONNELL; UNKNOWN PARTY #2 N/K/A RANDY LITTLETON; UNKNOWN PARTY #3 N/K/A BOB HARRIS; UNKNOWN PARTY #4 N/K/A JENNIFER DUGAL are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on January 5, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
