BARICH; MARY A. BARICH; MAGNOLIA PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES MCCLELAND; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MEGAN SPAIES are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
