Final Judgment was awarded on November 15, 2017 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-002028, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE G. FISCHER; PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 17, 2018 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, PELICAN LANDING UNIT SIXTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 47 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
