TEUBER, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Barbara T. Saletta, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL TYKALA is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9 a.m., on the 11th day of December, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of unit 209, South Pointe West Condominium, Building #2, and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of South Pointe West Condominium, a condominium as recorded in official record book 1634, pages1240 thru 1324, inclusive, and as amended in record book 1641, page 530, and as amended, public records of Lee County, Florida.
