THENCE SOUTH 49 DEGREES, 50', 59” EAST, 129.23 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, SAID POINT ALSO BEING A POINT ON A CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 157.52 FEET THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, TO THE RIGHT 100.00 FEET HAVING A DELTA ANGLE OF 36 DEGREES, 22', 25”, CHORD BEARING A DISTANCE OF SOUTH 62 DEGREES, 23”, 46” WEST, 98.33 FEET, (98.04 MEASURED) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before JANUARY 2ND 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
