NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004994, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY GONZALEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, AGENCY FOR WORKFORCE INNOVATION, UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION PROGRAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY GONZALEZ N/K/A SVLEIMA ACOTRA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 33, CLAIR-MEL CITY, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
