NOTICE is hereby given that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on January 3, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 75, of DIAMOND HILL, PHASE 1A, UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page(s) 141, inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
