J Richard Rahter, 6670 1st Ave S, St Petersburg, Fl, 33707, as Trustee, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 757 Arlington Avenue North, St Petersburg, FL, 33731, on December 20, 2017, at 12:00 pm, the following described property as set forth in said Trustee's Notice of Default:
