NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-002491-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT LAKATOS; BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-BAYSHORE, INC.; JACK JOYNER HEATING AND A/C COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GAIL SCOTT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE; ARRY'S ROOFING SERVICES, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 607, OF BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS- BAYSHORE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3886, PAGE 750 THROUGH 805, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 93 THROUGH 98, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
