NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 13, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-000477 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CVI LCF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST I is Plaintiff and MARILOU V. BACALAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11TH day of January, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, HERITAGE RESERVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 132, Pages 60 and 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
