YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for mortgage foreclosure for real property located at 4908 Turtle Creek Trial, Oldsmar, Florida 34677 and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 2 OF TURTLE CREEK PHASE THREE, ACCORDING OT THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 59 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
(hereinafter referred to as “Property”) has been filed against you and the other Defendants referenced above, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Plaintiffs' attorney, Adam J. Knight, Esq., Burr & Forman LLP, 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 3200, Tampa, Florida 33602, by December 27, 2017, and file the original said written defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
