O'Connell, as an Heir of the Estate of Jeanne M. Babcock, deceased; Kelly Arliss Pratt a/k/a Kelly A. Pratt, as an Heir of the Estate of Jeanne M. Babcock, deceased; Lori Jeanne Rehula a/k/a Lori J. Rehula, as an Heir of the Estate of Jeanne M. Babcock, deceased; Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Florida; Pinellas County, Florida; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jeanne M. Babcock, deceased; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of December, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
