NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale date November 13, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012CA003556XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.,, Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN D ELLIS; ALTRELL B. ELLIS A/K/A ALTRELL BING-ELLIS, SUNTRUST BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A.
