NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM dated November 13, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-004110-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. DEFOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. DEFOE; THE SANDALWOOD CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC; ALUMINUM CRAFTSMEN, INC; JAMES ROOFING SERVICES, INC.; WEATHER TITE WINDOWS D/B/A HOLLANDER EXTERIORS INC;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure IN REM, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 112, BUILDING CAMELIA, PHASE I, THE SANDALWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 36 THROUGH 48, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4858, PAGE 80, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN INTEREST IN PARKING SPACE 34.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
