Petitioner, JUDY COPECHAL, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as surviving spouse
2. Decedent, Robert B. Copechal, whose last known address was 12481 Rose St., Seminole, Florida 33772, and whose age was 59, and whose social security number is 265-23-9751, died on May 13th 2016, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center Mid-Pinellas, Pinellas Park, Florida, and on the date of death decedent was domiciled in Pinellas County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the dates of birth of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because Decedent was domiciled here at the time of his death. Petitioner is not aware of any other probate proceedings regarding the decedent in any other county, state, or country.
5. Judy Copechal, whose address is 12481 Rose St., Seminole, Florida 33772 and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because she is the surviving spouse of the decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are:
Real Property: A one-sixth (1/6) interest in:
7777 46th Avenue N #38, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709*.............
valued at $7,000.00
*Currently Title is in the Estate of Walter E Copechal, the probate is in process of being filed in that Estate.
Legally described as follows:
UNIT #38, OF LAKE RICH VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “A” (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT (MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE) AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8358, PAGE 245 THROUGH 267 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME SITUATE THEREON.
AKA: Parcel I.D. 01-31-15-48380-000-0380
*This property was not the decedent's homestead property and the decedent was not survived by a minor child.
7. This estate will not be required to file a federal estate tax return.
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioner requests that JUDY COPECHAL be appointed personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
