NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2017, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000194-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Jeffery A. Kruse a/k/a Jeffery Kruse a/k/a Jeffrey A. Kruse; Susan M. Kruse; Salesability Incorporated are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 223, EAST ORLANDO SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
