NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
GROVE RESORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Grove Resort Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to: (i) develop rules establishing fees related to the use of the District's facilities (“District Facilities”) who are not landowners of property within the District (“Annual Non-Landowner User Rate”); (ii) to develop rules relating to the suspension and/or termination of Users' privileges to use the District facilities (“Suspension and Termination Rules”). The purpose and effect of these rules are to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District Facilities by setting rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. The purpose and effect of the Annual Non-Landowner User Rate, the Suspension and Termination Rules are to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District Facilities by the District. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at 14501 Grove Resort Avenue, Winter Garden, Florida 34787. A copy of the proposed rules and additional information on the public hearing may be obtained by contacting the District Manager at 12051 Corporate Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32817 or by calling (407) 382-3256.
