NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 17000355CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Ann K. Bonetti Living Trust dated June 8, 2000; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Ann K. Bonetti Living Trust dated June 8, 2000; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 29, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 482, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 8A THROUGH 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
