NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004344 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Mary M. Crumbly a/k/a Mary Crumbly are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4, RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY THEREOF 313.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST 285.83 FEET, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST 419.65 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST 288.73 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 419.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
