NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002783000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARIAM ALIA ASMAD HAMAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIAM ALIA ASMAD HAMAD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 20 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 24, IN BLOCK NO. 25, OF HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 140, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
