NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2017, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY,
COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit C-205, COUNTRYSIDE VERANDAS CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1288, Pages 948-1023, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, also known as 508 Veranda Way, Apt. C-205, Naples, FL 34104.
NOTICE: ANY PERSON WITH A DISABILITY REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCEEDING SHOULD CONTACT 1-800-955-8771 (TDD): 1-800-955-8770 (V), VIA FLORIDA RELAY SERVICE, NOT LATER THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROCEEDING.
