UNIT NO. 22-A (A/K/A 222, BUILDING A), OF VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM OF SARASOTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1162, PAGE 807, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 44 AND 44A, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
