YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit Week No. 28 in Condominium Unit 301, SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, ofthe Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Richard A. Ulrich, Esq., of Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., at 713 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 201, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice on Plaintiff or its attorney whose name and address shall appear in, or be annexed to, said notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
