NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Sept. 27, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053087 (H) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and TINA M. SUJANA; HERRY B.
SUJANA; EDISON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22 day of November, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
A STRIP OF LAND 14.96 FEET WIDE OFF THE NORTHEASTERLY SIDE OF LOT 17, ALL OF LOT 18, AND LOT 19, EXCEPT A STRIP OF LAND 40 FEET (40') WIDE OFF THE NORTHEASTERLY SIDE THEREOF, IN BLOCK 30, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS EDISON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 28.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
