NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001150 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Mark Charles Pilles, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
PART OF LOT 7, SMOKEY HOLLOW FARMS, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION PER THE SURVEY PREPARED BY HARRY K. DAVISON, LYING IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
