NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-2010, of LINDA DOGGETT, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff, and TINA MARIE WOODS; FRANK DEREK WOODS; CITY OF CAPE CORAL FLORIDA; GRE CORALWOOD LP; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; ARVON FUNDING, LLC; SUNTRUST EQUIPMENT FINANCE & LEASING CORP AS SUCCESSOR BY ASSIGNMENT TO LIBERTY LEASING SERVICES INC.; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY is Defendant(s).
Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 20, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46 AND 47, BLOCK 33, UNIT 6, PART 2, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
