NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on October 30, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week No. 41 & 42 in Condominium Parcel Number 127, of TORTUGA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1566 at Page 2174 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all Amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
