NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-55509 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST CO, N.A, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and BARBARA BLASZAK, et al.,are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 2 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Laurel Oaks, Unit 1, a subdivision according to the plat or map thereof described in Plat Book 52, at Page(s) 24 to 29, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
