Stehr, III and Brixmore GA Morse Shores, LLC f/k/a Centro GA Morse Shores, LLC f/k/a Galileo Morse Shores, LLC successor in interest to CA New Plan Floating Rate Partnership, LP, successor in interest to CenterAmerica Property Trust, LP are Defendants, Will sell to the highest and best
bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of November, 2017, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida described as follows:
Apartment 5, Building B, Hyde Park ā€œIā€ Condominium Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 590 at Page 261, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
