Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 3 day of October, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-002105 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NORMAN FLEECE aka NORMAN GEORGE FLEECE, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NORMAN FLEECE aka NORMAN GEORGE FLEECE, DECEASED, CHARLES W. FLEECE, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF NORMAN FLEECE aka NORMAN GEORGE FLEECE, DECEASED, ESTHER MARION FLEECE, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF NORMAN FLEECE aka NORMAN GEORGE FLEECE, DECEASED, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of November, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
