MCGLOHON, DECEASED; SHARON ANN MCGLOHON A/K/A SHARON ANN MITCHELL MCGLOHON; DISCOVER BANK ; RIVERBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LEE COUNTY, INC. ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
