NOTICE is hereby given that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on October 23, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 4, Crescent Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 20, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 3314 W. Napoleon a/k/a Napolean Avenue, Tampa, FL 33611
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
