Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 27, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT ONE B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 02 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4613 EASTWIND DRIVE, PLANT CITY, FL 33566; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on October 30, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
