YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the estate of LEONA TRIPP, deceased, whose date of death was October 31, 2001; File Number 2002-CP-0099, is pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Post Office Box 1110, Tampa, FL 33601.
Pursuant to Florida Probate Rule 5.065, Notice is hereby given that a Petition to Reopen Estate, Petition to Convert Estate from Formal to Summary Administration and Petition for Summary Administration were filed in the above-referenced matter on March 24, 2017 by Dane Tripp.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses or objections, if any to the Petitioner and Petitioner's attorney whose addresses are listed below, and file the original with the Clerk of Court before serve on Petitioner or immediately thereafter within 30 days of this notice.
