NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-004335-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-3, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Christina Keovongsa; Vieng Keovongsa; Federal Trust Services, LLC a Florida Limited Liability Company, as Trustee under a Trust Agreement and Known as Trust No. 8487, Dated June 7, 2013; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for American Brokers Conduit; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 6, SOMERSET LAKE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 82 THROUGH 85, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 8487 121st Place, Largo, FL 33773.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
