NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-005932-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and JANET R. BELISLE; MARTIN J. BELISLE; JANET JANTSCHEK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE CROSSINGS AT LAKE TARPON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, THE CROSSINGS AT LAKE TARPON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 64, 65 AND 66, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
