NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2017 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date entered September 27, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-2119-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF AVORA SMITH, REGINA SPEIGHTS, JEFFREY B. SMITH, BRUCE A. SMITH AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 8, Block A, Parke Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 55, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
