NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered September 28, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Coral Building Unit No. 9, of Town Apartments No. 19, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 34 and 35, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2935, Page 226 et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2017.
