NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 1702, Phase 17, of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 6000, Page 1792; amended in O.R. 6160, Page 183 and further amended in O.R. 6532, Page 434, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 63; amended to add Phases 15, 16 and 17 as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 96, Pages 59 through 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3082 Landmark Boulevard #1702, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 3, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
