NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2017 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on January 9, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Unit 407, LAGUNA AT RIVIERA DUNES II, a condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 2087, page 6469, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, assessments, easements and other matters disclosed in the Declaration of Condominium of Laguna at Riviera Dunes II, recorded in O.R. Book 2087, Page 6469, as may be amended from time to time, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
