NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-002409-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Somphet Mahathirash, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, Unknown Party # 1 N/K/A Sisamone Mahathirash, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 30th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
