Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Judgment for Plaintiff entered in the above-styled cause on July 5, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Polk County, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
Description of Property
Lot 64, LAKE WILSON PRESERVE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 125, Pages 37-39, of the public records of Polk County, Florida,
commonly known as 329 Robin Road, Davenport, Florida 33896
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
